The Ab Wheel excels for building prominent Abs, core strengthening and stability (Abdominal muscles).
The Ab Exercise Wheel is effective in strengthening your core not only because it targets your abs but also because it works the muscles of your lower back.
You need strong back muscles to counteract the natural arching of your back that occurs as you roll forward on the wheel.
Work out safely and comfortably with the non-slip handles on the exercise wheel.
This exercise wheel is a simple piece of ab exercise equipment. Small and sturdy double wheel and a manual break for control
Although it appears innocent enough and is normally used for fairly easy stomach exercises it is also known as a primary function to assist with core-strengthening exercises. In fact this little ab wheel is so good for building the six pack muscles of the rectus abdominisand outer obliques it beats any other piece of equipment that you will see in the gym
